Daily Gau Seva
Every day, our volunteers serve green grass, rotis, jaggery and fresh vegetables to cattle in and around Ahmedabad. This daily feeding is the heart of our work.
About us
Rooted in seva. Guided by compassion.
Shri Gau Mitra Mandal is a registered trust in Ahmedabad devoted to the care of cattle — feeding hungry animals, rescuing those in distress, and treating the sick and injured.
Rescue & medical care
We care for sick, injured and accident-affected cattle. Rescue and treatment are provided free to beneficiaries within approximately 100 km of Ahmedabad, subject to operational availability.
Hospital initiative
We are working towards a dedicated animal hospital in Ahmedabad so that treatment can be closer when it matters. The hospital is an initiative under construction — not yet an operating facility.
Our service area
We have been serving for approximately 6 years, focused on Ahmedabad and an area of approximately 100 km around it.
